We believe that water is architecture. That a bath is not a fixture but a threshold — where a house becomes a home, and a day begins or ends. For fifteen years, Stillwater has designed and built spaces around water for Seattle's most considered homeowners, working shoulder-to-shoulder with the region's finest architects and interior designers.

An on-site visit. We listen, walk the space, understand how you live. Two hours, at no cost.

Design
Concept drawings, material palettes, fixture sourcing. Everything approved before demolition.

Craft
Our in-house team of six. No subcontractors on plumbing or waterproofing. Weekly walkthroughs.

Handover
A final ceremony. Full care guide, extended warranty, and a five-year service relationship.
